Why Do We See Two Layers In The Drink?
Solkadhi is made of coconut (milk) and water. However, coconut is lightweight in nature and water density is high. Hence coconut stays or settles on top while water remains down. It is a nature property of ingredients or drinks to have two layers in it, which are natural and safe to consume.
